Shirley's restaurant has built quite a reputation on Guam for offering a large menu selection as well as huge food portions. Don't plan on leaving hungry when you eat at this friendly family style restaurant. Their facilities are well-maintained and clean. The Tamuning location is decorated very nicely with a wide variety of local art.
