  I was able to pick it up right away at Guam Airport when I arrived early in the morning, so I was able to move to the hotel conveniently. Nissan Rent-a-Car was at the airport 24 hours a day, so returning it was easy. All the staff were friendly. I will definitely use Nissan Rent-a-Car next time.
  This was my fifth trip to Guam, and I rented from Nissan all five times :) It was a fun trip without any problems ^^
  1. What was disappointing - I did not receive 2 chairs and 1 car seat, which were the items I requested when applying for a rental car reservation. Since this was not mentioned at the time of rental, I picked up the car without thinking and found out the next day. It was our fault for not taking care of it, but I think it would have been better if they had taken better care of the reservation details. 2. Good point - I requested dispatch because the engine wouldn't start, and they arrived within 30 minutes to inspect it, but it wasn't resolved, so when I went to another car, it was replaced with the car I was in, so check-out wasn't late. The problem was that the car wouldn't start, but it was nice that they responded well. Although I didn't use the car much, I didn't have to pay for gas for my previous car. Haha - After returning the car at Guam Plaza, we left some items in the car and requested dispatch, and even though it was our fault, it was nice that they came faster than the previous dispatch. 3. I plan to use it 100% on my next visit.
  A warning alarm came on in the first Versa vehicle I received, so I went back to the airport and changed vehicles. In the process, I was upset because I wasted a lot of time at the airport due to the staff's inexperience. When I was told that the service e-sim did not arrive, Galaxy gave me a WiFi egg saying that the service e-sim could not be used. If there had been prior notice, I would have applied for this SIM separately, but it was disappointing. I changed to Sentra and the car was clean. This was my third time using Nissan Rental Car because the price was good and the service was good, but this time I was a little disappointed.
  The first Guam and the second Guam were both rented from Nissan. If I go again, I will do it at Nissan again~ 1. The car has a bit of a smell. It's like the smell of an old taxi. My child frowns every time he gets in the car. 2. It was a bit disappointing that there was no tinting. I am satisfied with all other aspects.
  Guam Nissan Rent-a-Car is a rental car that I always use when traveling to Guam. The price is cheaper than other companies and the staff is friendly. However, we ask that you please improve the level of cleanliness of your car a little more.
  I had a very comfortable trip. No suggestions.
