I used Nissan Rent-a-Car in 2023. It was convenient because I could rent it right at the airport and return it at the airport. The price was cheaper than other companies, and it was even better because it was a new car. If I go next time, I will rent from Nissan without hesitation. I recommend it.

Versa We went to Guam for our first family trip. First of all, the weather was great, and the water park, swimming pool, Tumon Beach, Ritidian, and Ipao Beach were all very nice. The vehicle condition was good, but I thought the booster seat and the price were a bit expensive.

I rented a Carnival 4 nights + a Rogue 3 nights, a total of 7 days. (Based on 24 hours, 7 nights and 8 days are 7 days rentals.) I used the Carnival when I was with my parents, and when my parents returned home first, I switched to the Rogue. In the case of the Carnival, there were bug stories and I was a bit worried, but it was a vehicle that had not even driven 10,000 miles, so it was clean and in good condition. Unlike the Carnival I rode in Korea, the trunk was very deep, so I could fit a lot of luggage. There were five carriers in total (three 24-inch ones, two 20-inch ones), and I carried all of them, including a baby stroller and hand-carried luggage. After that, I switched to the Rogue, and I was lucky enough to be assigned a new car that came out that day and drive it for the first time. I didn't know because Nissan withdrew from Korea, but the Rogue is a really good car for a new car. It's easy to drive and has a good ride. Above all, it seems to be a compact SUV, but the trunk is very spacious. The 24-inch carrier can be folded down and placed vertically. Two 24-inch carriers, one 20-inch one, hand-carried luggage, and a stroller all fit. Overall, I was satisfied. There was just one problem. I exchanged the Carnival for the Rogue, but while I was loading my luggage into the Carnival and checking in, the employee took all the gum I bought. I emphasized several times that I should leave my luggage there because I was changing cars, but he told me not to worry and that he would change the car and help me move my luggage after I finished the check-in, but he left my other luggage and only took the gum. When I asked him about this, he said that his colleague must have taken it and apologized, and asked if I liked the new car and if I had moved my luggage properly, but since I had a baby, I didn't want to fight with the employee and I didn't want to waste my travel time, so I just left. You might think that a gum headache is a big deal, but it was about $8 in total and I hadn't even chewed 5 pieces. It was over 10,000 won in Korean currency. Also, regardless of the value, I don't understand why he would take it without permission when it was clearly a customer coming back. It's clearly theft. I forgot to ask the counter because I had to go check in for the flight with my baby on the day I returned, so I'm upset. Overall, the employees are friendly. Two years ago, when I traveled to Guam, I used Alamo. At that time, the return process was simpler than Alamo, and the staff at the desk were very friendly. Even those who are not good at English will probably not have a hard time if they just familiarize themselves with some terms such as insurance. Sentra We rented a Sentra and traveled with 5 people, 1 man, 3 women, and 1 baby. They provided a free car seat in the back seat, so we used it comfortably. They also provided a free pocket Wi-Fi, so we used it well. Above all, it was very convenient because we could pick it up at the airport and return it at the airport 24 hours a day. However, since I was not familiar with the geography of Guam Airport, I had a hard time finding the parking lot where we could return it. I will use Nissan Rent-a-Car again without hesitation. Thanks to them, we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip.

Versa The car is not very clean (smells, stains on the windows, etc.). If you pay more attention to cleanliness, I think more customers will use it.

It was convenient to use from the airport, and the price was cheaper than other companies. No one spoke Korean, but we were able to communicate in English, so it was not inconvenient. It rained a lot on the day of return, so we couldn't stop by a gas station, but the gas charge was a bit high. If possible, it would be better to return the car with a full tank.

Rogue SUV (CDW) I was going to use Hanin Rent-a-Car but changed to Nissan and it was the best choice. It was convenient because I could pick up and return the car right at the airport. And since I received a recently released car, I was able to drive comfortably. If I come to Guam again, I want to use Nissan.

First of all, the price is competitive. It is cheaper than most Korean companies, and the advantage of being located in the airport is very big. It is very convenient to receive and return it directly at the airport.

Versa I am always satisfied and using it, and I think it would be great if they just gave me 2 boosters for free. Other rental cars give me up to 2 for free.
