Kia Carnival 8 Pass I have used Nissan Rent-a-Car in Guam about 5 times and have been generally satisfied. In the past, there was a service that provided one free tank of fuel when making reservations for a certain period of time, but it was disappointing that it was discontinued.

Versa Before I changed my vehicle, my first vehicle was parked under a tree for a long time, so there was a lot of bird droppings on it. It got on my clothes and luggage before I got in the vehicle, so it wasn't very good. But after I changed my vehicle, it was very good.

Versa I use it every time I come to Guam.

But this time, they rented a car that had a huge swarm of ants..
When I rented it, it was evening, and I didn't know because I only drove the car in the evening the next day, but when I tried to ride it during the day the next day... I couldn't even think of riding it... It was a little bit, but it was so good that I didn't get bitten for two days..(My wife was bitten once..)

Still, the car replacement was done quickly within 30 minutes, so it wasn't a big inconvenience.

However, that evening, I had a cold and the windshield was dirty, maybe because it was an island or because of salt...so I turned on the wipers, but there was no washer fluid.. As you can see in the attached picture...it was very difficult and dangerous to drive..

As soon as I arrived at my accommodation in the evening, I left a note asking for washer fluid to be refilled, saying that it must have been after work hours, but please check and take action the next day when you come to work..They checked it quickly, but this time, they told me to go to a Nissan Rent-a-Car branch or airport branch and fill it myself...

In fact, I wasted almost two hours of this trip because of a car with ants and a car without washer fluid, and it was such a shame. Plus the gas money to get to the branch…

Next time, please rent only cars that have been thoroughly cleaned, and that have basic maintenance and checks, and are safe.

When I first came to Guam, I was 100% satisfied and continued to use Nissan, but since then, I have been a little disappointed and have experienced inconveniences every time I have used them, which is so unfortunate. I hope that on my next trip, I will be able to travel without these problems and be 100% satisfied.

Rogue SUV (CDW) We arrived on a night flight and wanted to pick up a rental car at the airport due to our early morning departure, so we searched and made a reservation.
The fact that we could pick up the car at the airport 24 hours a day was a huge advantage.
At first, we reserved a Centra, but then suddenly the number of people increased, so we changed it to a Rogue. Even though it was the same day, they kindly explained it to us and helped us change the reservation right away, so I was so grateful!

The full coverage insurance was also cheap at $37.5, and they also rented 2 beach chairs for free.
We didn't need car seats, so we didn't rent them separately.
The car wasn't brand new, but it was the latest model, and the interior was clean and bug-free.
It was relatively comfortable to drive with 4 5-seater carriers.
You absolutely need to rent a car in Guam, and it was really convenient.

Versa I had a great trip to Guam using Nissan Rent-a-Car. In the past, I used Korean-run rental cars for the convenience of communication, but this time, I used Nissan Rent-a-Car and had no difficulties at all and was satisfied with the price.
However, I am not sure if it was because it was full coverage insurance, but there was no separate check or explanation for damage when renting the car, so I was worried that this might be a problem when returning it later, so it would be good if they checked for damage when renting.
I plan to choose Nissan Rent-a-Car again the next time I visit Guam.

Sentra This is my fourth time in Guam, and I always rent from Nissan.
Since it is full insurance, I didn't have to worry about scratches on the exterior,
and the fact that I could pick it up right at the airport even in the early morning was a big advantage.
If you have difficulty speaking English, a Korean company would be better,
but the price is slightly cheaper than a Korean company,
and it is convenient because you can easily make a reservation on the website.
A car is a must every time I travel to Guam,
but I was afraid of theft by breaking windows,
so I always tried not to leave anything in the car.
I made a reservation for more than 72 hours, but they only rented a booster seat,
and later I found out that there was no beach chair.
I think I chose it when I made the reservation, but that was a shame.
Thankfully, I had a mat that I brought, so it wasn't a big problem, but I wish I had.
The booster seat was just like a cushion,
so I wish I could have paid to upgrade it.
The return was also convenient, and even though it was an early morning return,
the staff was always on standby, so it was quick.
