It is my fault for not inspecting the vehicle thoroughly when I received it, but they didn't inform me of the damage and forced me to take photos to verify it upon return. — Fortunately, I had full insurance, so that’s a relief. 3. The tires need to be discarded immediately, but I rented the car in that condition. (I'll be stuck with the damages if an accident happens.) The interior of the car is clean. I have used Nissan Rent-a-Car for over 10 years (I think I used it about 12 times), and I am deeply disappointed by this kind of treatment towards a long-term customer.

I rent a car from here every year when I go to Guam. The airport staff are always efficient and kind! This time, even though I booked five months in advance, I was given the oldest car I've ever received, which was a bit disappointing. Next time, I would definitely like a car with a smart key!

#201483Versa The staff were very friendly, and I liked being able to rent a car at an affordable price. The only downside was that the car itself had a slight smell that I couldn't get used to. However, if I come to Guam again, I think I will rent from here again!
