They processed the paperwork quickly, so we were able to rent the car immediately without a long wait, and they understood perfectly even though I don't speak English well. We were also able to return the car downtown; the staff member already knew the vehicle details, so as soon as I said I was returning it, I just took the keys and the return process was completed smoothly. The hotel drop-off service is also a very convenient and great feature, especially in Guam's weather where it is hard to walk even five minutes! The car wasn't spotlessly clean, but we just wiped the baby car seat with a disinfectant wipe and drove without any issues. It was slightly cheaper than other rental cars, and I would definitely use this service again!

However, since both pickup and return are processed directly at the airport parking lot, it is as convenient and time-saving as the valet service at Incheon Airport. This allowed me to quickly get to my accommodation and rest late at night, which was great. The desk staff were friendly, and the employee who guided me to the vehicle was so cheerful and bright that I felt good right up until the day I returned. I will definitely rent from here again next time.
