It was nice that I could drive like I was driving in Korea if I just followed a few rules. I also liked that they gave me friendly advice. I didn't know that I had to apply for the Carsick Booster event (I thought it would be applied automatically), so I think it would be better if they mentioned that part before or during payment.

I rented a car during my trip to Guam, and it was very convenient because I could pick it up at the airport, use it, and return it right at the airport. That was the biggest reason I chose Nissan Rent-a-Car. The interior was also clean, and I connected my phone to the navigation and drove while looking at it on the car display. (There was no separate cable, so I used my personal charger cable to connect it.) The staff were very friendly and explained everything well. However, the car felt a little old, and I don't know if it was because I didn't know much, but when I opened the driver's door, the other doors didn't unlock, so I had to unlock them individually, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, I was very satisfied overall.

I used Nissan Rent-a-Car when I visited a few years ago, and the Asian employee at the counter was very unfriendly back then, so I didn't want to use it again, so I tried looking for another rental car, but I ended up using this place, but the employee had changed. He was kind, and there was an option for not having to fill up the gas tank at the time, but it's not there anymore. It was disappointing, but I didn't drive the car very much, so the gas didn't run out. I parked at the hotel on the first day of my rental, and when I got out the next day, the warning light came on and I heard it again, and they immediately replaced the car. It seemed like it was due to air pressure. Next time I go to Guam, I'm going to use it!!!

Unlike other rental cars, it was very convenient to be able to pick up and return the car right at the airport. Even though I arrived early in the morning, the local staff responded very kindly, which made me feel very happy. I would definitely recommend it to people around me.

I rented an Altima and received a Rogue. It was very spacious and clean, so I was satisfied. Renting is a must in Guam~~ I had a very comfortable trip. Next time I visit Guam, I will rent here.

The vehicle seemed not well maintained. I had to replace my Altima vehicle twice. The tire pressure warning light came on for both vehicles. It should be easy to add air pressure. The third vehicle was replaced with a Rogue vehicle, but the air conditioner in this vehicle also did not work well and the driver's mirror switch was missing. I think air conditioning is a bit of a problem in hot weather. When the car was stopped at a traffic light, cool air did not come out from the air conditioner, but cool air could come out when the car was running. The vehicle seemed like a new car, but I thought vehicle maintenance was the problem.

Although the cleanliness of the car was not very good, it was essential for a rental car that made our trip comfortable and a tour of Guam's famous attractions.

My first trip to Guam was fun and comfortable thanks to Nissan rental car. It was nice that the pick-up and return was done at the airport, and I was happy to get a new car with 14 miles on it. I will use it again next time.
