We traveled as two families with a total of five people, and everything went very smoothly.
Even with our 9-month-old baby, we had a comfortable and pleasant trip.
Being able to pick up and return the car right at the airport was incredibly convenient. Thank you so much!
This was my second time in Guam. Last time, I got a terrible car from another rental company, so I was a bit nervous this time. But I rented a Carnival, and it was like a brand-new car—absolutely loved it! My parents were satisfied and happy too. Pick-up and drop-off at the airport were super convenient. But I rented a Carnival, and it was like a brand-new car—absolutely loved it!
My parents were satisfied and happy too.
Pick-up and drop-off at the airport were super convenient.

I rented the car directly at the airport.
The airport fee (USD $5 per person) was already included, which was nice.
I also returned the car at the airport, so it was very convenient.
The pickup didn’t take long, and the return process was smooth and easy.

I have used Nissan Rent-a-Car in Guam about 5 times and have been generally satisfied. In the past, there was a service that provided one free tank of fuel when making reservations for a certain period of time, but it was disappointing that it was discontinued.

I can't hear about car insurance because I don't speak English well.
The road was simple, and there was no problem using Google Maps to find tourist spots.

However, it's a shame that there is no car navigation.
I don't know how to connect, so I just drove around.
