1. In Guam, baby seats or booster seats must be installed on all vehicles for children under 12 years of age. Additional charges are $ 6 per day (up to two free for promotion).
2. Guam Legal Provisions for Baby Seats and Boosters
Section 30-33 of the General Guam Law: The January 1, 2010, Amendment Act requires that all vehicles carrying children and infants under 12 years of age must have a baby seat and a booster seat installed. Children under 4 years old must be protected by baby seats under the revised law, and children under 4 years old and younger than 11 years old must be protected by booster seats.

Medical and Ambulance expenses are limited to injuries sustained while operating or riding as a passenger while using a vehicle belonging to Nissan Rent A Car.
It can't be helped because it's a rental car, but the condition of the vehicle was a bit disappointing. First of all, the driver's side window was a bit noisy, and the windshield was in poor condition, making it very difficult to drive for the first time. It got a little better after stopping the car and wiping it with a wet tissue, but it was still a very good choice for our first family trip to Guam. We were able to take care of it right at the airport, and although we didn't use it much, they gave us an egg... I have two suggestions. Since the navigation system doesn't work, I wish there was a phone holder. I brought my own, but I wish they had provided a phone holder when they gave us the egg and booster. Also, they need to check the windshield condition and it seems like it needs to be washed. It was hard to see... It was a bit difficult to return the car at night because it went around in circles, but overall, I'm satisfied. The rental car was our family of five's feet for three days and showed us around nice places... It was a fun trip.

Arriving at the airport in the wee hours of the morning, exhausted, and driving back to my accommodations after receiving my Kicks, a warning message suddenly began flashing on the dashboard. It warned me that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I returned the car to the airport office and explained the problem. I was told to wait. About 10 minutes later, a staff member arrived to inspect the vehicle. They absurdly told me it wasn't a flat tire, so I should just inflate it myself. That very morning, I told them I couldn't risk my family's safety, so they finally offered me a different vehicle. The approximately hour-long delay and the absurdity were enough to turn my first trip to Guam from anticipation to anxiety. While I appreciated their subsequent actions, including a vehicle exchange, I strongly recommend checking your vehicle in advance to prevent a similar situation.

The explanation was very good, and most of all, I wanted to rent a car in the middle of my schedule, and it was very convenient because there was an office in the hotel lobby. I rode it for two days and returned it at the airport before leaving the country. I will use it again next time I go, highly recommended--!!

Alright, here's some advice from someone who's been to Guam a few times — this was my 8th trip, and I go every December.

Everything was truly great.
The staff was very friendly, and the car was in like-new condition.
The only downside is that the reservation website looks a bit outdated, which may affect trust at first glance.
However, for those considering making a reservation, I can say it’s definitely trustworthy.
The experience was even better than I expected.

Thank you for the upgrade to the Log vehicle — it was spacious and comfortable for all four of us.
The car was clean and roomy, and picking it up and returning it at the airport was incredibly convenient.

Picking up the car at the airport and dropping it off there again made everything so convenient.
