Airport pick-up and return were very convenient and easy to use. I also used navigation conveniently by connecting to Android Auto.

I was satisfied with the condition of the car and the size of the trunk, and most of all, it was nice to be able to return the car at the airport. Everything was good, but there were times when the car engine would not turn off and the car key would not be recognized. If only this could be improved, I would be satisfied.
I expected a slight upgrade, but I got a Sentra. It was in good condition. Since a rental car is essential in Guam, I always rent from Nissan, which can be picked up at the airport. It's so convenient to rent right at the airport. This is my third trip to Guam and I always rent from Nissan Rent-a-Car. It's cost-effective and saves on taxi costs when going to hotels. It's convenient in many ways.

I liked that the interior of the car was clean and well maintained.
Reservation and pick-up were both smooth. Very satisfied!! However, it was a bit inconvenient because it wasn't a smart key, and it was a bit disappointing that, like last time, you had to ask for Wi-Fi.

It would be good to check the condition of the car first and check the damaged areas together. I thought it was my damage and went to the police station and got a police report, but fortunately(?) they said it was old damage. The condition of the rest of the cars was good. There are many new cars ready and being dispatched now (there are many temporary cars in the parking lot)
The car was in good condition and the model year was good. Above all, I was satisfied with the insurance.

The cars are new, don't smell, and the prices are good. However, the return location guidance needs to be improved. It doesn't show up accurately even when using the navigation, and the map is difficult for first-time visitors to understand. If they just explained the airport location and how to get in from Don Quijote on the map, I think I would find it quickly, but I was more confused looking at the map. If you're going, it's convenient to type "Guam Airport Rental Car Parking Lot" into Google Maps when returning the car.
