I thought it was my damage and went to the police station and got a police report, but fortunately(?) they said it was old damage. The condition of the rest of the cars was good. There are many new cars ready and being dispatched now (there are many temporary cars in the parking lot)

The cars are new, don't smell, and the prices are good. However, the return location guidance needs to be improved. It doesn't show up accurately even when using the navigation, and the map is difficult for first-time visitors to understand. If they just explained the airport location and how to get in from Don Quijote on the map, I think I would find it quickly, but I was more confused looking at the map. If you're going, it's convenient to type "Guam Airport Rental Car Parking Lot" into Google Maps when returning the car.

While searching for a rental car, I saw good reviews on Nissan rental cars, so I applied. I considered that my accommodation was close to the office, but I didn't know that Sunday was a closed day. In the end, I went to the airport and picked up the car. The car was in good condition and was not as small as expected, so our family of four was able to use it comfortably. I had a kindergartener and an elementary school child, so I applied for 2 boosters, but unfortunately I only used 1 due to insufficient quantity. Still, it was processed quickly and the booster amount was refunded. Next time I visit Guam, I plan to use Nissan Rent-a-Car. ^^

On my second trip to Guam, I rented a Nissan car both times and was very satisfied with the trip. Friendly staff and a good value vehicle, there is nothing to regret, but if I had to pick one thing that was a little disappointing, it was that the vehicle felt a little used compared to other vehicles. Should I add the insurance to full insurance? When I got the car, there were brand new Versa cars that still had temporary license plates on them, but the Sentra I rented had a lot of wear and tear. This time, I deliberately chose the Sentra to go up a notch, but I guess I should have just gone with the Versa. Still, I was very satisfied. I think I will choose this place on my next trip to Guam.
