20년이상 매년 다녀오는 괌은 늘 변함없는게 매력적인 곳입니다. 지난주 수요일에 비수기 저렴한 항공료 보고 바로 예약하고 다음날 출국해서 3박4일로 잘 쉬다올 수 있었는데, 공항에서 픽/드롭 24시간 운영하는 니산렌트카는 필수 선택이 아닐 수 없습니다^^
거의 매번 니산을 이용하는 이유는 괌클릭을 통한 안전하고 확실한 예약시스템과 더불어 다양한 이벤트도 있어서 좋고, 친절한 직원들의 대응과 서비스는 최상위 수준이라 다른 업체는 아예 고려하지 않는답니다.
그리고 올해부터인지 확실하진 않지만 차량인수시에 보증금 디파짓을 하지 않는게 바뀐것 같더라구요.
굳이 건의사항을 적어본다면, 운전석 차량시트에 소금기 오염이 살짝 있던데, 아마 바닷가 수영후 짠물에 젖은 수영복 채로 운전한 흔적일 듯합니다. 그런 경우엔 욕실타올이나 비닐덮개 등을 깔고 호텔로 이동하는게 에티켓이겠지요.
마지막으로 직원분들이 차량출고 준비 시에 전면유리 안쪽을 자주 닦아주시면 안전운전에 도움이 될것 같습니다. 아무래도 항상 에어컨을 가동하고 내외부 온도차이로 인해 쌓인 먼지(?) 등으로 유리가 뿌옇다보니 시야가 안좋아 야간운전할 때 상당히 불편하더라구요^^;
아무튼 다음에도 무조건 괌클릭 니산입니다!!

I received a free upgrade from a Versa to a Sentra. Overall, the car was quite good, but one disappointing point was the baby seat — it wasn’t very clean, so I asked for a replacement. However, the replacement wasn’t clean either. That was a bit disappointing.
Aside from that, I was satisfied with everything else.

I arrived on a late-night flight, so I was a bit worried, but the rental car location was right in front of the airport, which made pickup very smooth. I had a safe and comfortable driving experience over the five days. The ride quality was great, and I was able to spend a cozy and lovely time with my wife. I’m definitely planning to rent from Nissan again on my next trip to Guam. Thanks to Nissan Rent-A-Car for helping make our trip such a happy one!

It’s so convenient to pick up the car right at the airport, especially since we arrive early in the morning.
We’ve used Nissan several times, and I’ve met Mr. Ba twice —
one of those times was this trip! Haha.
My husband and kids weren’t surprised to see him this time, which was kind of funny.
Next time, I hope we can get a slightly cleaner car~
We needed two booster seats — we rented one for free and brought the other ourselves.
$6 per day is quite a bit, so it was a good idea to bring ours!
As always, the rental process was smooth and easy with no problems~

I used to always rent from Hertz, but this time I found Nissan Rent-A-Car online and decided to book with them.
The rental counter was conveniently located right outside the airport arrival area, so I could rent a car easily without any hassle.
Even though I don’t speak English well, the staff explained everything clearly, so the process went very smoothly.
The price was also better than Hertz, and they even offered free portable Wi-Fi and beach chairs as a service — which was great!
I checked other companies beforehand, and Nissan seemed a bit more affordable.
The car was clean and in great condition.

The only small downside was that the Versa’s door locks were manual, so it was a bit tricky to use.
I had to unlock the driver’s door with the key and then press a button inside to unlock the other doors.
Maybe I just didn’t know the proper way to do it, but it was slightly inconvenient.

I visit Guam regularly, and from now on I’ll be using only Nissan Rent-A-Car!

The counter service was very friendly and pleasant.
However, the interior cleaning of the car could be improved.

Since the car seats were fabric, there were some stains even though it was a new car. (It looked like salt stains, possibly from seawater.)
I didn’t notice it when I rented the car at night, but it was quite noticeable during the day.
It would be nice if the seats could be cleaned regularly.

It wasn't exceptionally clean, and the cleaning didn’t seem thorough,
but it was still cleaner than my own car, so I was satisfied overall. :)

Returning the car was a bit tiring because I had to drive around in circles, haha.
