It's easy to rent and return at the airport, and the price is cheap, so it's great for light use~~
I think it would be nice if there were staff at the airport who could speak simple Korean. I was satisfied with everything, but communication at the airport counter was a bit difficult, and the car was clean and satisfactory.

This was my first time renting a car in Guam and driving. I was debating whether to rent a car from a Korean rental car company or a local rental car company. In the end, I rented a car from Nissan and the price was much better. Also, if I had any questions about anything else, I could call them from Korea and ask them to handle it, so it was easy to use!

I am satisfied with the overall rental cost, staff friendliness, and situation explanation. However, the condition of the car was very different from the car I rented two years ago. I was a little confused. I understood because several people drove the car.
Overall, I am satisfied. However, the car is not in good condition and there is a lot of smell inside. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the car.

The car was very dirty, but overall I was satisfied with everything else.
The price was cheap, the car was in good condition, and I was able to use it comfortably by upgrading to a slightly bigger car. The male staff member who first greeted me was very kind, and the pocket Wi-Fi worked well, so I almost bought it. I will use it again when I go to Guam in the future, and I recommend it. The rental was fast and the car was clean. It was cheaper than the place I had previously looked into, so I think it was a good idea to rent for the entire trip. I will use it again next time!

I used Nissan Rent-a-Car in Guam for 5 days. It was really nice that it was picked up and returned at the airport!! Before my trip, when I was choosing a rental car, I often saw reviews saying that there were cockroaches in Nissan Rent-a-Car, lol. I don't care about cockroaches, so I made a reservation without worrying about them. On the 3rd day, my daughter found a cockroach in the backseat... She refused to get in the car, so I lied and said I caught it. On the 4th day, there were two more dancing around. I told the staff when I returned the car, but they said okay... I would have felt better if they had apologized for the inconvenience... It was a little disappointing. Anyway, I will use Nissan Rent-a-Car again when I go to Guam. It was nice except for the cockroaches~
