Even if you don't speak English, there is no inconvenience in the basic process of renting a car, but since there are no Korean employees (I can't meet them), if you do some preliminary study on YouTube or the Internet in advance, you can proceed smoothly without panicking. They're basically friendly, so you don't have to worry about it being a foreign company. I wasn't very happy with the car, but it wasn't bad enough to complain. The beach chairs and wifi are really strong points. At the sea, I didn't use the chair because I was busy playing in the water, but the Wi-Fi was really valuable. It was linked to Google Maps and Apple phones, so there was no inconvenience at all when using the navigation and using basic internet or internet phone calls. In other reviews, there were cases where some machines did not have good Wi-Fi, so it would be a good idea to test it at the airport before leaving. In the meantime, I have used a completely local company, once a Korean company, and Nissan three times in total. The local company has the cheapest prices, but I don't think it would be possible to use it without a local acquaintance. The Korean company is easy to communicate with and is very comfortable, but the price is a bit expensive. My conclusion is that full-time rental is the unconditional answer in Guam, but if you are considering full-time rental due to cost, I think the right answer is to use Nissan Rent-a-Car.
