#176128Sentra We rented the Sentra for 72 hours in early September 2023 and drove it approximately 31 miles. <Strengths> 1. It was nice that pickup and return was possible at the airport 24 hours a day. 2. The desk and parking lot staff were friendly when picking up and returning the vehicle. 3. I was able to receive a relatively new vehicle from the 2022 model year with 3,458 miles (approximately 5,500 km). 4. The promotion was great, providing a wifi egg, beach chair, and booster. 5. The rental price was cheap. <Points requiring improvement> 1. The body of the vehicle itself was clean, but the oil film on the windshield in all directions was so severe that it was not only inconvenient but also raised concerns about a traffic accident while driving. I tried cleaning it for 30 minutes in the early morning, but it didn't completely resolve the problem. At night, I opened the window, frequently sprayed washer fluid, and used the wipers. I informed the desk staff when returning it, but this part seems to be in dire need of regular maintenance. 2. In the case of beach chairs, I would like to receive and return them through the staff at the airport parking lot. I think it will be more convenient for users if this part is improved. 3. The cleaning condition inside the vehicle was a bit poor. There were some traces of food. This is my second time using Nissan Rent-a-Car, and I plan to use it again in the future and highly recommend it to people around me. As many travelers prefer Nissan rental cars, we hope that the service will continue to improve.
