I immediately contacted a Nissan staff member via KakaoTalk, who told me it wasn't there and promised to check again the next day. I returned to Korea and contacted the staff member again, but the Nissan staff member said they hadn't found the tumbler while cleaning the car. I even pointed out its exact location, but the tumbler was gone, suggesting they had no intention of returning it. Lost and found items like this are common among rental car companies, and the Nissan staff member's complacent attitude ruined all my fond memories of Guam. If anyone I know ever asks me about renting a car in Guam, I'd tell them to never use Nissan. Nissan staff members who sell their conscience for a mere 100,000 won tumbler are truly the worst.

After I returned to Korea, I followed up again. The staff claimed they didn’t find anything during the car cleaning. Even though I told them the exact location where I had left the tumbler, they still insisted it wasn't there. At that point, I felt they had no intention of returning it.

Lost items must be a common issue for rental car companies, but the careless attitude of the Nissan staff completely ruined what had been a great trip to Guam. If a friend ever asks me about renting a car in Guam, I would absolutely tell them to avoid Nissan Rent-A-Car.

Losing integrity over a 100,000 KRW tumbler — the Nissan staff was truly disappointing.

#197061Sentra I've only used Nissan rental cars 12 times while traveling to Guam. I've driven Cube, Rogue, Altima, Sentra, and Kicks. In the past, if you drove for more than 4 days, you could get a full tank of gas, so I just drove the car and returned it without refueling. But now that service is gone, so it's a shame. ^^ Everything was good this time, but a cockroach came out, so I was going to the airport to change the car, but after I caught it, it didn't come out, so I just drove it. I wish they would pay a little more attention to disinfection.

Back in the day, if you rented for more than 4 days, they used to give you a full tank of gas as a service — you could return the car without refueling, which was super convenient. It’s a bit unfortunate that they don’t offer that anymore. ^^

Overall, this time was great too, but I did have a moment where a cockroach appeared in the car. I actually thought about going to the airport to change cars, but after I caught it, no more showed up, so I just kept the car.

It would be great if they could pay a bit more attention to disinfection and cleaning inside the vehicles.

#197005Versa Before Corona, when I went to Guam in 2019, the line at Nissan Rent-a-Car was so long that I used Alamo or Dallas Rent-a-Car, which had relatively short waits... This time, after 6 years, Nissan Rent-a-Car is much faster and better. I think I will continue to use them in the future. A definite upgrade. A new car with about 10,000 miles. A Wi-Fi egg (a must-have product. The egg plays a crucial role in areas where the phone doesn't receive a signal. ^^). Beach chairs, etc. The service items were all great. In particular, the 10% discount coupon for 'Jojetski' was great. I used the discount coupon to make a reservation directly with the company and used it to use 'Jojetski' cheaper than any other reservation site. Thank you, thank you. I will 100% use Nissan again next time.

Back in 2019 before COVID, I went to Guam and found the line at Nissan Rent-A-Car too long, so I used Alamo or Dollar instead, which had shorter wait times.
But this time, after 6 years, I used Nissan Rent-A-Car again and the process was much faster and more efficient—very satisfying.
I think I’ll continue using them from now on. It’s definitely been upgraded!

The car was a newer model with only about 10,000 miles on it, and came with extras like a Wi-Fi egg (an absolute must-have, especially in areas with poor phone signal^^), beach chairs, and more—everything was excellent.

The 10% discount coupon for jet skiing was especially great!
I booked directly with the provider using the coupon, and it was cheaper than any online booking site.
