#122012Sentra Hello! Staff friendliness and price are generally satisfactory for Nissan rental car use, but it seems that some supplement is necessary. I have rented a total of 3 days for the dates I used on November 23rd (Fri) and November 25th (Sun) ~ 26th (Mon) for 2 days. I wrote a few things that were inconvenient. First, the car that I rented on the 23rd showed a few worms. The elementary girl sat in the back seat and was not crying nor freaking out. Secondly, the car used on November 25th (Sunday) ~ 26th (Monday) was clean and the vehicle management was good, but it was inconvenient because there was no option. I did. (The first day, the car is installed automatically, the rear monitor is installed.) Third, It seems that you need a service to connect Korean interpreter in Guam. The staff was very friendly but we could not communicate with each other so we tried to connect to Korea but it was not connected right away and took an hour to rent. Fourth, the refund of the deposit amount is too late. The 23-day deposit has not yet been refunded. And the nice thing is the staff are very bright and kind. I am very happy with the person who picked you up. Especially, I am pleased with the service to visit the hotel on time. The price is very competitive and if you improve on the above, I would like to rent it for the next visit. Thank you very much.
