The car is upgraded and the staff is very kind. It was all good except for a little messy stuff because I was in a hurry. I am impressed that the staff responds kindly to even the slightest inquiries. Plan to use again in the future.

I drove the car for two hours on the first day of rent. By the way, I had to pay for towing. I was relieved to return it if I did not have a fault but later a car defect, but it was a little. Anyway, I visited again after 3 days to get the towing fee, but it was Sunday so I can not check the repair center and said that I can not give the money. Fortunately, I was able to talk again when I returned home on Monday afternoon, but I wanted to be able to get my money back if I was on a Sunday. I would like to know more about regulations and refund methods in this case. ~ Other promotions were very good.
