I was so busy picking up the car at the airport in the early morning that I couldn't bring two beach chairs and an e-SIM, but the counter staff didn't even tell me, so I couldn't receive the benefits. There was no shelf in the car trunk and only a cloth cover, which was absurd and there was no prior understanding or explanation. I was disappointed because it wasn't there. It is necessary to comply with counter staff's prior explanation of vehicle condition and basic package services.

I'm already a third Nissan user, so I'm used to it, so it's comfortable and nice. One suggestion is that when providing esim, I think it would be a good idea to notify us via text or KakaoTalk that the QR code is in the reservation status. Thanks to you, it was a pleasant trip. thank you

#184146Versa I hope you pay attention to cleaning the interior. When the air conditioner is on and it rains heavily, the oil film on the windshield is so bad that it is difficult to drive, so I think I will have to remove the oil film as well.
Nissan has the best price, and airport pick-up and drop-off is available, so I used it for the second time and was satisfied as expected^^ They also upgraded and the car seat was free. The price was really good~~

#184037Rogue SUV (CDW) This is my third time using Nissan Rental Car, and I have been satisfied every time I have used it. The rental process seemed to take much less time than before, and the car was in good condition and the car seat was already installed, which was nice. However, it would be nice to have more detailed information on how to enter the rental car parking lot when returning the car. Even though it was my third time, I was so confused that I came back for a while. I don't think people who rent it for the first time and return it will be confused either. If I visit Guam again, I will use Nissan Rent-a-Car again.
