#197172Versa This is my 6th visit to Guam. Except for the first time I used Hanin Rent-a-Car, I have only used Nissan Rent-a-Car. I have always used airport pickup and return for more than 3 days, but this time I used the city pickup and return for 2 days, and it was as convenient as expected. Even during the chat consultation before making a reservation, they always responded quickly, and on-site, an employee came to the lobby at the appointed time, so I could comfortably move to the office and pick up the car. One thing that was inconvenient was that the driver's side rearview mirror showed too many blind spots, which was a bit uncomfortable. It would be great if they could check the rearview mirror overall so that the driver can use it more comfortably when driving. I used it well, and if I visit Guam again, I will use Nissan without hesitation.

In the past, I typically rented for 3 or more days with airport pickup and return, but this time I rented for just 2 days with city pickup and drop-off — and as expected, it was still very convenient.

Even before booking, the KakaoTalk consultation was always prompt and helpful. When I arrived in Guam, the staff came to the hotel lobby right on time, guided me comfortably to the office, and I received the car smoothly.

The only inconvenience was that the side mirror on the driver’s side had a pretty large blind spot, which made driving a bit uncomfortable.
It would be great if the mirrors could be checked and adjusted more thoroughly so that driving can feel safer and easier.

Overall, it was a great experience, and next time I visit Guam, I’ll choose Nissan again without hesitation.

The seats were clean and neat, as if they had just been cleaned, so I had a pleasant trip. I was very satisfied with the vehicle upgrade event.

The vehicle assigned to me this time seemed poorly maintained, as the engine was noisy. Also, there's no staff to guide you from the airport counter to the pickup area, so finding your way at night might be difficult for first-time visitors. I understand the rising cost of living and labor, but I'm considering switching rental companies for my next visit.

Last time, I was able to use the navigation comfortably because it had CarPlay, but this time, only the music was connected. I wish the navigation worked better. Everything else is the best! The best! I always use this place!!!

It rained heavily on the first day and the sun was strong the rest of the time, so it was difficult to walk even short distances. As I felt before, a rental car is essential in Guam even if you don't go far. The best part was that they could pick up and drop off right at the airport 24 hours a day. The staff was friendly and the benefits were good compared to other places. I also really liked the gas discount.

#195147Sentra This is my 12th trip to Guam and I've rented about 16 cars. It was the cheapest and most convenient in Guam... If I had a suggestion, it would be that there used to be a gasoline-free car, but it's a bit disappointing~~^^ Anyway, if I visit again, I'll definitely go for a Nissan~~^^
