It didn’t even have a remote key, and although I returned the car properly, the next day I was told by a supervisor that the interior room light had fallen off and that I might be charged for it.
However, I simply pressed it back in and it fit perfectly. I hadn’t touched it at all, so it seems the car was in poor condition to begin with.
This experience made me lose interest in ever visiting Guam again.
As a regular customer, I wish I had been treated with more kindness and perhaps offered an upgraded vehicle.

Since we were two adults, we requested beach chairs and received them without any issues. They were super comfortable and much better than a mat!

One small suggestion: It would be helpful to clarify in the product description that hotel pickup doesn’t mean the car will be delivered to the hotel.
Instead, a staff member will pick you up and take you to the office.
I was wondering why there hadn’t been any contact, and when I went down to the lobby a little after the appointment time, the local staff was already waiting. I felt a bit sorry for the delay.
