#196634Versa - The windshield and side mirrors were heavily coated with an oil film and were not cleaned, making driving at night and in the rain difficult due to poor visibility. - If possible, it would be nice if a phone holder was provided. I brought a phone holder that plugs into the air vent, but it didn't fit the vent, so I had to hold my phone in my hand and use the navigation, which was difficult.

There was a significant oil film on the front windshield and side mirrors, and it hadn’t been properly cleaned. This made it difficult to drive at night or in the rain due to poor visibility.

It would also be great if a phone holder could be provided.
I brought one that attaches to the air vent, but it didn’t fit the car’s vent properly. As a result, I had to hold my phone in my hand to use navigation, which was quite inconvenient.
